Brynmawr became organic in 2003 and this has resulted in a farm rich in wildlife, flora, and fauna providing a working sustainable living. We have an overwhelming desire:
• to show what can and should be done to farm for food and the environment together;
• to use the farm to help children connect with food, farming, and the countryside and aid children’s learning of where their food comes from; and
• to use the huge resource to reinforce learning on the farm site in the school curriculum at all the key learning stages.
In 2006 we opened our doors for Holiday Lets and ever since we had one goal in mind: offering our guests comfortable, sustainable, and all-around exceptional accommodation. CLUN VALLEY ORGANICS covers every aspect of your stay: peaceful location, cosy beds, delicious organic meats, and superb services.
We are the Wheeler Family in the Shropshire hills, working to provide you with quality meat from animals that have had a good life.
Organic rare breed Berkshire pork, Hill Radnor lamb, Organic free-range chicken, traditional Hereford, and Highland beef reared outside at 1500ft in the Clun hills.
These are slow-growing breeds, because of this, the taste is superb.
